I just spent ages trying to figure out how exactly to make the straw oneaccording to the tutorial, but I managed it with a little experimentation. They look pretty cool, if a little wonky, but I'm sure I'll get better.
The know stars are still my favourite to make. For some reason, I feel happy when I've completed one.

What kind of paper do you use to make them? I think normal photocopy paper is fine to use, just colour it in, or print a nice pattern onto it then cut into stips

I used wrapping paper, but Yesterday I've order some star-stripes from Hong Kong

Ooh wrapping paper is nice to use.. I think any type of paper works as long as the star stays in its puff. And that's very cool~ enjoy folding the stars when your star strips arrive!
