i like the coloured version better because i feel that the colour adds a lot to the feeling of it. the subtle blue tones make it feel rather sombre, and without the emotion the colours help add, it's just a face...

i prefer the b&w, i like the composition though if the subject is the necklace i think the eyes distracts the focus on the necklace, maybe start the composition from the nose? just my ideas
