So... all aboard the hype train?
Splatoon got me good, like many others - it's just way too fun to be honest and it's a shame that I barely got the chance to play it yet thanks to you, evil bachelor thesis. Anyways, while being stuck at work for the past two weeks I decided it was time to dig out my copics again and create an Inkling OC. To be honest the Inklings' vivid colors simply seemed perfect for those little markers. And they truly are. Of course the marker colors are not 100% on spot when it comes to my initial color scheme for Melon (this one here: ), but I'm still very satisfied with the result and it was a lot of fun to work with my markers again after quite a while >v< It is also a lot of fun to draw Inklings >w>;; So yeah... expect to see more someday, I guess... hehe >v<;

Thanks a lot รณvรฒ though personally I thibk it's easier to get a smooth coloring done with brighter colors than with darker colors, especially with Copic markers. Then again... Eventually it's just my personal perception xD

If you already have a Wii U... there's a Testfire again in some days, I think. People can play some rounds of Splatoon for free for an hour or so :c

I don't have a Wii U D: had a Wii system, but got rid of it a few months ago. Didn't play it much.
The closest I can get to splatoons is Garry's Mod on Steam. I can play as an inkling, but that's it. :c though the first person is funny XD my inkling is so short!

I really like the colours of this character. c: I've seen some of plenty of Inklings around here, but this one looks the coolest I've seen thus far!~ And Melon colour, of all things. As if that couldn't get any cooler!~

I actually don't like combining pink and green that much xD There are some combinations of those colors that I don't like at all...
