Second of the Contest Prices for
Forgot uploading it after dinner *facepalm*

Last of the contest prices I owed to the winners of Rina's and my Contest from about a year ago Finally done, oh joy.
Well, I'm not in the mood of writing essays right now, therefore a rather short Artist's Comment.

Okay, =RoseRaptor requested me to draw her characters Rose and Frostbite in a city. Rose, who's just passing running by gets confused by Frostbite asking her whether she believes in love in first sight or not. Actually... something most other people would get confused by rather easily, too. This scene should be set in a street reminding on New York, and Rose and Frostbite should look more Anthro like than Sonic like. Quite a challenge for me.

Well, this is my final result. I had a lot of problems with this picture and it would be a lie if I'd say that I was always completely motivated to work on this one because of the problems. First of all I'm not used to Anthro Style, second... not to reptiles. . I hope I actually drew something matching Rose's idea all in all. More over the background in the end does not remind me on New York at all in the end... it looks more like a smaller city with... veeery less people. I also used a reference for the background I found at google, but I neither saved the link nor the image itself - epic fail orz Still... I'm quite satisfied with the colors and the shading, I tried to make it a little softer than usual.

So far, time to catch some sleep now and make this day end orz From now on my one week dA break begins
