FFFF THIS TURNED OUT SO GORGEOUS... Like I love all the details that had been done here especially in his clothing! The little ruffles and the gem on the shoulder Ahhhh.... He looks so adorable but haha... little do they know! The way you did the wavy water is like... exactly how I would imagine it when he would be using his powers xOx It sort of just sways behind him...
