It's interesting how you achieved so much expression with such minimal references. I mean, we can't see the subject's eyes, and yet, we know what the eyes look like. I don't know why this is true. Maybe since the head on the scroll is staring right at the subject, we imagine we see their eyes. It's really very cool and captivating - a fine image. It's sort of R. Crumb meets old Renaissance Woodcut or something. Thanks.
