Something about this Eva fan art makes me think of Metal Gear Solid with all its cool titles like, "Guns of the Patriots" and "Sons of Liberty." She doesn't look like the type to eat snake if it were on the menu.

At the end of "The End of Evangelion", when everyone but Shinji and Asuka were dead, she had an eye bandage over her left eye where her evangelion's eye (thus her eye) was shot through with the fake lance of Longelous (Spelling?) I take it this is where the eye patch became popular for Asuka to wear
