Hey guys. Wanted to give another shot to patron. Last time was not so successful but the current situation made me realize I have a bunch of ideas I will newer get to make a reality if I don't get a bit of help. I'm not reading particularly good news coming out of the business side of Patreon's house, so I hope you're looking for alternatives. Regardless, I hope that you're successful in your endeavour.

I can't offer any suggestions regarding alternatives as my only experience with crowdfunding has been as a crowdfunder, not as a funding receiver. I suggest that you look for alternatives and ask any other artists you know of who use crowdfunding services what alternatives to patreon that they're confident in using. I only share alarm regarding patreon because they recently let go of 13% of their workforce. This decline is not something I was surprised by as it was confirmed patreon does indeed engage in a focused financial blacklisting of those who are politically active and around the beginning of 2020 began to solicit creatives they had previously blacklisted for their political activism. I like your work and know many artists who depend on crowdfunding of their audience directly to provide for their living. I'd hate to know a potential patreon bankruptcy affected you negatively.

I just looked at the updates I've gotten today and glancing at the descriptions I may have a few suggestions you might be able to explore. A french artist by the name of Ludimie appears to use both Patreon and a similar service called "Tipeee". A Canadian digital artist by the name of TritiumCG uses "Ko-fi". Both appear to be similar to patreon and I've noticed a few other artists using them. I don't know much about the services beyond that, so I suggest you reach out to those artists and any others to get some feedback regarding their experiences with them. I'm sorry I couldn't be anymore useful then that.
