its a from a short segment released in the episode "Tales of Ba Sing Se"
it was dedicated to Iroh's former voice actor who died while the show was still airing.
its also why one of the main character's in Korra is named 'Mako', after the voice actor

Ah, this reminds me of Bruno and Shmuel from The boy in the striped pajamas. Β They were great soldiers. And still are of course. Lovely movie to watch, teaches you about humanity. Something we kind of lack in these days. Beautiful work. Take care.
