You can't imagine how much I appreciate a stamp like this. Someone was actually selling something I did on eBay. When I asked them to remove the listing, this is what they said to me: "are you aware that half of the fun stuff out there is fan art why act a jerk, you should be happy someone thought it was good." That didn't bug me half as much as the listing. They were trying to pass off my FANART as something official from the original studio.

I'm glad you found this stamp useful. There aren't many stamps or posts that call out for the side that DISAGREES with art reposting.
That's so fucking rude. If I were you i'd call them out that THEY are the one's being the 'jerks' here for not even having the DECENCY to ask for your permission first. That's outright stealing. And the fact that they're making money out of it is actually against dA's Creative Commons law (if you use it though, cuz you can mark it as for non profit non redistributable (correct me on this) if I'm not mistaken).
I'm not so sure how things on EBay work, but isn't it possible to report them ? And since EBay deals a lot with Paypal I asume, you can get PayPal to deal with it too, since they are pretty strict with their transaction items as well.
Hope things work out for you : <

In my opinion, people act as if its always the artist's fault for why their art gets reposted. When actually its the FUCKING THIEF'S ignorance and disrespect for the artist is what's causing it.
