Hürrem Haseki Sultan (1500 – 1558) (née Alexandra Anastasia Lisowska), also known as Roxelana, was the wife and haseki sultan of Suleiman the Magnificent and mother of Şehzade Mehmed, Mihrimah Sultan, Sultan Selim II, Şehzade Bayezid and Şehzade Cihangir of the Ottoman Empire. She was one of the most powerful women in Ottoman history and a prominent figure during the era known as the Sultanate of Women.The actress Meryem Uzerli played her in the historical turkish soap opera television series "Muhteşem Yüzyıl". It is based on the life of Suleiman the Magnificent, the longest reigning Sultan of the Ottoman Empire, and his wife Hürrem Sultan, a slave girl who became Sultana.

Re-read the definition of trolling and you will see that the people are not doing what you think (or want to believe) they're doing. They're not outright saying that you cannot upload anything to your deviantArt page, they're saying that you're not following the rules when it comes to where your submissions should be placed.
If anything, you are the one who's being a troll by distributing misinformation. You're lying about what's actually happening to ~Nurycat , saying that people are trolling you - when they're not - and generally playing the "damsel in distress" - when you're not. You've broken the rules. People have warned/reported you and then you cry foul, thinking that you're still in the green, refusing to believe that you broke any sort of rules - and when you are proven to have broken rules, your excuse is that until it has to be intervened by the moderators, it's ok to continue breaking them. You're being very rude, calling a particular person "Hitler" (Really now? Are you honestly that immature?) and generally ignoring friendly advice.
You are by all accounts more of a troll here than anyone else. Suck it up and follow the rules like everyone else or you will quickly find yourself no longer welcome to this community (aka banned). That is why these people are trying to help you with. They want to prevent that from happening but if you're going to be as stubborn as you are now about this issue, you will find that your luck will quickly run out and when that eventually happens. You'll have no-one to turn to as you've literally pissed off every person that tried to help you thus far. Stop digging yourself that hole and let people help you out of it.
