The viviparous lizard or common lizard is a Eurasian lizard. It lives farther north than any other reptile species, and most populations are viviparous (giving birth to live young), rather than laying eggs as most other lizards do. (Wikipedia: [link] )

They were running around taking sun. This one wasn't actually too difficult to 'capture' (though the sunbathing place wasn't quite the smartest so even 'saving' might be worthy synonym). We let it walk around our hands, heads and shoulder about five-ten minutes before letting it go back to nature
