Description
Concept for a mechanical teddy bear in a new storyline we are working on. The thing has been alive for a few decades, and the fur has started to fall off and rot away.Chris Poquette

i LOVE this piece... very creative and fun! i almost feel like there should be maybe just a hint of light surrounding the back near his ear... almost like a dim backlight just to make his sillhouette more obvious. i must say, he looks like a bear i have

Such a cute item. That's good use of your fur brushes, and really good use of light, especially in the really dark areas. The hand on the door is so good. Also the lighting on the 4 tiny circles around the (mecha)eye is well done. Over all I think there is great work with the lighting. I wonder if the ear is too far up, but maybe not. If I keep looking at it I wonder if the door is too thin?

Thanks, did find some new brushes for this one. The door was supposed to be thin, like it's not quite open yet, and not sure about the ear. The bear has been around for a while, and the fur has started to rot off, so things aren't quite where they should be. Maybe. Thanks for stopping by, and giving some good feedback, I appreciate it.
