Description normally dont prefer to make art form others art..but the lines and curves of this structure were just too nice to pass up!

most likely i would assume..though i dont recall any gates from the structure to the locks..

There was a gate at the entrance from the parking area. But if it is closed it is a short trip across the canal. And an above shot looking down on the lighted sculpture court could be very interesting. And if the locks are open they are likely floodlit. And the spillway may also be lit. Now I wanna go too!
