this weekend i made it to the top of the North Cascades Highway before sunrise. being only the second weekend since the road was opened i only had a few hours of solitude, thens the crowds came by the hundreds! headed back towards home and stopped at one of my favorite falls along the way. a place where few travel even though the trail is only a hundred feet away..cedar hollow falls is my ivory tower

Like I said before...such great memories when I see this spot! Reminds me of sitting on that fallen tree watching you concentrate on your shots! 
Really loving the foreground here, Addam...puts the whole area into perspective, shows what a truly magical spot this is. Like a little secret corner that no one knows is there! As always, immaculate bw processing. Whole shot just resonates "dd"ness. Lovely work, sweetie!

Crazy...can honestly say I can't imagine walking a trail, hearing water rushing, and NOT stopping to check it out! But it is nice that you continue to have this place to yourself!
