I decided to draw something for the #mermay challenge!Last year I drew mermaids inspired the playing card suits . suggested me to take the concept further by designing King, Queen and Jack mermaids for each suit and that's what I'm going to do for this year's challenge!
Here's the "court" of Hearts: King, Queen and Jack.

Now that you have uploaded all three sets, I like how you carried over the 'language’ of last year’s merpeople to the ones of this year. Consistently. Y’know, like for instance the diamond-merpeople’s angular lines, etc. x)
It’s hard to pick a favourite among the hearts, but I do personally dig the Jack the most. He just looks so… suave. And yeah, your drawing doesn’t diminish in quality in spite of your busy-ness out of late!
