Description
Drawn on 8 x 10 sketch pad-type paper with colored pencil and ink.Inspired by the mascott of the performance group, the Rub Rabbits, from the Nintendo DS game Feel the Magic by Sega.
The Rub Rabbits specialize in getting couples together, so this little guy has a heart balloon.
Thinking about making darker lines around the outside of the rabbit and balloon, what do you think?

You know, I've been meaning to ask you if you've heard of an manga artist named Tezuka Osamu? I just saw an anime move called Jungle Emperor Leo. The style of the animals reminded me of you SO much! *just realized that he created Astro Boy* So yeah, you've probably heard of him. xP I'm just way behind 
So the whole point of that was his animals reminded me of your animals and I *loved* them. ^_^

And about it reminding you of Lion King -- that was the point. Kimba the White Lion was the original show by Tezuka, aired in the 70's. Lion King COMPLETELY ripped it off. I mean, Simba's original name was KIMBA also, for cryin' out loud! Heh ^^
Bad Disney! But yeah, that movie ROCKS.

Oh man, I cried so hard during that movie!! Pure genius and I *loved* the animals!!! (Talk about a rip, Raffiki is TOTALLY the old monkey/sloth guy from Kimba).

Yeah I haven't watched the Japanese version yet so I'm probably gonna confuse the names a bit.
In the English version it's Leo and Lyra and their cubs Lukia (or Lugia?) and Lune. Lune is the boy.
Yeah Lion King was good in it's own right. It was my favorite Disney movie for a long time.
I've noticed that the people in Jungle Emporer look a LOT like the people in Cyborg009. Is that just coincidence or should I google things before talking to you about them? ^_^;;

LOL! it's a different creator, Cyborg009 was made by Ishinomori....somebody....LOL, he also drew the Zelda manga that used to run in nintendo Power ^^ but their styles are very similar!

I fear you've heard correctly. The whole game involves foot races over pixely terrain with check points set randomly all over each course. Play one race and you've played them all. To be fair, I have had some fun with it, so the gameplay isn't all that terrible. It's just very repetitive. Reminds me of my only complete game though ([link] ), what with its use of lighter-than-air travel and pikachu... and that it's repetitive.

When I looked at it and saw the ink outline, I liked it just how it was! But you can do whatever you want.
I think your bunny is so loveable. I played one game of Feel the Magic at Gamestop, but I just couldn't get the goldfish out of the stomach! I think the touchscreen had had a little too much touching.

OH HOW I WISH I WORKED FOR DISNEY.......But only back-in-the-day. Now they don't hire 2-D animators anymore, because they "aren't that cool anymore". Also.....they're just evil now.

No, there are three different bulbs, two inside the table, and then one as a lamp on top, and none of them work. I turned it on one night, and the bu,b blew, like a normal bulb would, but now none of them work, and I've replaced them! ::sob!::

yah, that's what I meant && Just the outside, like the PowerPuff girls. I was just going to use the colored pencil, though, because a) I have no sharpies and b) I think the drawing's too small for sharpies.
