Original size 5803 x 9591... I think is a little too big

Some information about the city (para los extranjeros!):
Buenos Aires (English: Fair Winds, pronounced [ˈbwe.nɔs ˈaj.ɾɛs]) was originally named after the Virgine de Bonaria of Cagliari, Sardinia.

Argentines sometimes refer to the city as Capital Federal to differentiate the city from the province of the same name. In the 1994 constitution, the city was given autonomy, hence its formal name: Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

The abbreviations Bs. As., Baires and B.A. are sometimes used, the first one mostly in writing and the latter two in everyday speech. The city is sometimes called La Reina del Plata, that is, "The Queen of the Plata" (a reference to the Plata river basin).

The photos in my collage are all mine, some have minor manipulation of contrast and color, and some are HDR.
Because my camera broke down last month I have to use much of my older photography, some already submited on dA.

First section, the above: three pics of the sky from early morning to down, behind is some examples from the architecture from the city, the buildings from "diagonal Norte" one of the most interesting corners of the city, and the House of goverment, home of the executive power of my country. To the right another simbol of the city: the city port.

The middle section: First to the left, the man waiting for the bus, I think the attitude of this unknown guy examples our atittude, we are relax people... that is when we are not running from everywere! . Up in the middle, the arts, here there are lots of interesting options in every art form you can imagine, the mind is the only limit . And to the right you have the tango singer, this one imitates the biggest singer from Argentina (even when he is mostly consider to be Uruguayan from birth) Carlos Gardel.
In de middle, from the left to the right, three icons from our country. The obelisco, the Cabildo and our flag, in the colors of the clouds and the blue sky.
In the above, the beautiful flowers of a living city, the marridge of the old city and the new buildings, and the never missing fun that is also part of the Argentinean spirit.

Last section, the underground: To the left, the stairs that take us to our daily routine, crossing the city in our crowded subways. To the right a mixture of images from the subways the Chacarita cementery entry and of course a discoteque
