I've had the idea for Univie for some time now, but had a challenge to draw something amazing hatching from an egg, so now was the perfect time to draw it!

One of the many benefits to using gel pens- they are great for detailing like that without being overly obvious. I'm not sure how well they came out in the footage but hopefully you'll be able to see it in the timelapse as well
