I know how difficult it is to get such an amazing shot! Boat a-rocking, wind a-whipping, my one shot had a dolphin leaping too...with a boat wire cutting it in half. The lighting, depth and angle here is perfect!
Swam with wild duskies twice...you have to squeak and splash to entertian them, they come close (3-5 feet), circling around you, checking you out...yep, they look at you...it was a breathtaking experience! Also with wild seals, only you do the opposite and let the current get you close...they'll look at you too with those big round eyes, blowing bubbles...their grace is a thousand times better than what you see on the telly. Soon as you move, though, bang, they're off.
Kaikura (sp?), near Christchurch, South Island, New Zealand, is the place; there you can see whales, too, but I think they come in the winter.

This is a lovely shot. The title
fits the shot very well, because you
can almost see the dolphins swimming
in motion as if it were a concert.
And the lighting is perfect so the water
looks so deep and rich.
Amazing shot.

It's been doing it to me for the last couple days. Terrifying! I imagine it's a large takeover as a digital alien species integrates itself into the dA website and servers and...It'll be the end of the world as we know it.
Free cotton candy too.

I want to swim with dolphins, but I want to swim with sharks more. What I really want is to swim with alligators or crocs, but those would eat me and they live in shallow, scary, muddy places.
I want one of these: See how it does tricks for the nice man?

I'd want to travel the world in a rolly dome/ball, rolling around amid deadly creatures and chasing them down and laughing when they try to eat me.
