Description I did this while was visiting. He saw that I was definatly not a morning person, so I desided to draw something related to that. But then, I was feeling down durring the later part of the day and continued to draw and render it. Its all done in pen, btw.

I wanted to title this DULL, because I was confused about the meaning of this piece. I remember drawing the SULKING image ( [link] ) of a male laying there on his bed, feeling bored, weak and depressed. This picture remains me of that particular piece. You just want to lay in bed and never get up, your body limp and weak as your eyes gaze at something random infront of you while you think to yourself and let the word fly by without a single care in the world...

Well, I can truthfully say I know that feeling exactly.
This is beautifully done, and the shading is amazing.

Time and again, I wake up and just lay there...
Usually have only 1 thought in mind, "Give up, roll over, and go back to sleep and hope tomarrow is better." Only to find that tomarrow is exactly the same...

Love the piece. Reminds me of myself.

it really does take a lot of patience to do pieces like this, and well, you really had it. and done it great. It brings the drawing to life no nice, it's really impressive, the way the contrasts were made remember me a piece of impressionist art, that's really good. I like the expression there, looks so tired, and lazy to do anything, perhaps just feeling lost while trying to figure if it's worth to face a new day at all. It really looks so comfortable at that bed.

On another thought the clothes and sheets look impressive as well, the dots giving them a nice folding look, it's just awesome. I know it is hard to keep up with such adorable things like this, and get the feeling that nobody cared. Really well done.
