Description This was taken on a Trip to the Marin Headlands in San Francisco on New Years Day. The Orbs are From two guys spinning Steel Wool over there heads while it was burning! This was about a 30 second exposure, Was a Really Cool Trip..

The Guys that showed me how to do it are the ones turning the wool.. they have been doing it a lot longer then me.. from what I understand you just spin the wool and then set side to side in a 180 degree turning motion and that's where the shape comes from..

Yea it was 4 small xmas lights stuck together and wired to a battery...

Very cool! I'd try that steel wool trick here but I'm afraid the whole state would go up in smoke if I did This is the prefect setting for this for sure

Yea the Beach or the Ice worked really well.. I want to try it here but I want to do it over a the Sacramento River off a Bridge or something..

Golden Gate? Now THAT would be cool! One on the top of one tower and another on the other But when you go looking for volunteers to climb up there just remember what I said, "Not It!"

Thanks So much . They don't hurt and Because of the Long Exposure it looks like there are way more then there really are.. Im only learning about them my self over the last week this was my First Try and taking Pictures of them..
