I was Cool I was in the Car with the Windows Up LOL..

There was a car that had just pulled away feeding him.. that's why he stood still long enough for me to get some shots in.

They don't get much more then about 50 to 60 lbs I don't think.. in between a Fox and a Wolf. Leasha and I seen one up there once that was all skin and bones. so this guy was much much healthier then any others i have seen..

I like coyotes--back on the farm we had several roaming around, howling at the moon and occasionally eating the unwary barn cat. My sister raised one from a pup but he never was what you would call 'domesticated'. He was ornery, killed chickens and chased the horses other than that he was a unique kind of animal to have so close. Notice I didn't say PET. He wasn't a pet--he was a wild animal and raised as such. He left on his own accord returning only when the local prey proved to fast or too cunning for him for a free meal of dog food or the aforementioned barncat (he wasn't a picky eater )

Thanks John... I really Don't think there is any more beautiful animal then a Wild one.. There beauty comes form there emotion as well as there looks.. The look of survival, and freedom in there eye is messing in zoo animals..

Squirrels are so beautiful. I had one eating out of my hand once, it was incredible. He was so comfortable around me I decided to close my hand, and he started prying it open for more, it was hilarious.
