Description Reichsluftschutzbund (Reich Air Protection League) it was organised into fifteen Landesrguppen with each of these divided into Ortsgruppen. local police stations were everywhere used as recruiting offices. Cifil Defence propaganda and training measures throughout the Reich were handled by the RLB under the supervision of the Air Ministry. The membership of the RLB numbered over twenty million. 

The facing colour used by the Reichsluftschutzbund was lilac, a colour not used by any other Third Reich uniformed organization.

wow this looks amazing, especially with the full medals, but I like the interesting part with the blacked out luftwaffe flight badge

Thanks I noticed we use only Gold Luftwaffe Flight Badge but there is a black one aswell

I have never see that before, but IMO it looks a lot cooler than the gold one

Eligible to receive it were all those who completed pilot training. Sometimes we could see a pilot wearing both Gold and Black Badge.
