I like your style, and I like the eyes, but I think the eyes would be more appropriate on Princess Serenity or Sailor Moon, who were teenagers. Remember, Neo Queen Serenity is immortal 22, not 15. Also she was a kinda-sorta villain, since she brainwashed everyone on earth to keep them from feeling anger or sadness, and banished those that refused to Nemesis.

So...what happens when the Heroes of the Mook Kingdom, the Sailor Scout, have to fight the heroes of Earth, the Oppositio Scouts. Yep, they exist, and they want to protect the Earth FROM the Sailor Scouts.
