*Gasp* Obi actually drew a background! *faint*AND OH MY GOSH, IT ACTUALLY TURNED OUT ALRIGHT!!! *dies*
As you may or may not have guessed, I really like how this background turned out, and considering that I drew it from my mind, AND the fact that it looks decent...well, maybe you can understand my reaction.

OOOOooooOOOOooooo Seems like too much negative space on the left, but other than that.... You did a nice street....Perspective came out well.

The left side of the road has a slight bend that doesn't match the right that is kind of bothering me but that's nothing. That and the sidewalks appear rather thick, or maybe my town just has thin sidewalks...who's to say? I'm not sidewalk expert.
Is there suppose to be a pole holding up the awning on that building near the front here? It looks like it's floating, and at that angle it looks strange to me.
Those bush barrels appear to be at a weird position as well. I'm assuming they should be around the doorway but they look slightly up and forward of the doorway....or is that down and forward...I can't tell.
Love the foliage of the trees and plants. The building with the balconies brings back memories as well. All very well done.
I'm loving the composition of this as well, the picture draws your eye down the road and to the right of the picture which is very nice. Also the perspective view that you do so well really gives it that nice bit of depth. This is a very good job. I truly enjoy it.

Well, my town has thin sidewalks except on major streets, where they're thicker. I was going for a more rural street with shops that might require wide sidewalks, so I'm glad I could pull that one off.
I didn't even think of a pole for the awning. I had in mind one of those big triangle-type plastic thingies underneath that doesn't require a pole, but if you think it would help with the continuity, I'll think about it. Good idea. Thanx.
They're actually for the flower shop next (closer to us) to the door that I think you're talking about. I always had managers that placed the flower pots for their businesses (whatever they may be) fairly far out, so yeah. Maybe I should push them in (closer to the door that can't be seen because of the tree) a bit...

I like it. It's like looking at a sketch off an upcoming animation or some concept art of that sort. I love how simple and peaceful it looks, like riding down a bike on it with friendly people waving.
