Whow, I do this too! I have a page with fighting poses on it that are a lot like these. Only mine are horribley disjointed andare probably way, way off.

Start with the skeletons for proportioning and working with the poses. It makes them look more realistic.

That one on the bottom... I drew a picture of one of my characters just like that, and my brother's like, "Who else on Earth would want to draw someone in that pose??"

Yep, ME! Actually, I've seen a lot of people draw some characters like that. Finishing a fighting sequence or something to that effect.
