I don't even like the Penguin
This just came to me the other day while I was attempting to draw the Joker. Been on a bit of a Batman kick the last week or so since I saw the new trailer for the Dark Knight lol. I also drew him completely from memory - how sick is that? So if there's anything off, I apologize
