Description
Light flooded into her shelter as Adam lifted his hand slightly. The gap was more than ample enough for her tiny frame to pass through, and Evie took this gesture as an implication for her to exit. Cautiously, on hand and knees, she pulled herself into open air. Adam watched with a quiet gaze. He wished he could do the same for his breathing, which suddenly seemed to sound like a severe case of bronchitis. Before emerging completely, she quickly scanned her surroundings before calling up to her captor, "Is it safe to come out now?"

Author's note: I added more shadow on the pic this time...though now i see i forgot more of a finger shadow oh well. I'm still pretty pleased with it.
