Nah, I think your Crystal is fine. I mean, I see lots of artists having problems with her hair but you don't have that problem at all. v_v

Her hair is tricky to get the hang of, but I find her head shape the hardest D: that skull cap of hers so often gets in the way and makes her face too small :C

nobody's commented on the amazing job you did on her hair 
only thing that irks me about the background is that the middle mountain peak is slightly transparent on its left side
