Quirk: Saturn's Rings
- Gives Sheila the ability to create blue rings from her palms, the rings creating a hard impact onto whatever it hits. Depending on what the rings hit, they could even destroy things.

One of the many students that came to Diamond Class from the Transfer Exchange Program, Sheila is an American girl from Dallas, Texas. She is well known in her old school for being very sporty and was the captain of the cheerleading team before she with to attend U.A. Sheila utterly ADORES all things cheerleading, taking great pride in it and her background as cheer captain.

And she takes it VERY SERIOUSLY, and if you make fun of cheerleading you will absolutely receive a pom-pom to the face.

She is very athletic, and if she isn't spending time with her friends you can find her working out in her room. Her pom-poms also help out with her quirk, spreading her rings further and larger by swinging them around.

Sheila was a fun character to make, mostly because it's easier to design and make a character when I have a certain theme in mind. For Sheila, it was, of course, cheerleaders. Her being from Dallas is a reference to the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders ( No I am not actually that into sports, but if I know one cheerleading group its there's ). Sheila is also a walking reference to the movie Bring It On.

Hell, maybe somewhere down the line there would be a rival cheerleader character from Shiketsu High Sheila can butt heads with
