It's looking good. Though are you trying to show any scene in particular in the top right? Naruto himself looks spectacular, and I like the whole lightsaber in one hand thing, kunai in the other. Though what do you think of the idea to add some wind natured chakra to the blade or change it into a Rasengan? Just to make a bigger contrast. A lightsaber is blatantly a star wars thing, while chakra is a blatant Naruto one. A kunai by itself is just a knife, which can exist anywhere. The lines and images (especially outside of Naruto's figure) are muddled and need to be cleaned up. Sometimes a little hard telling exactly what is going on. The biggest example of that here would be the image in the top left. Which I am assuming based on my initial suggestions to you to be Konoha, but I can't tell for certain. I love the idea, which is good. I also really like the picture's format and how it is arranged. I can't wait to see a colored and more polished version. Looking forward to your next draft.

P.S. As for cell or soft shading, I am thinking cell. Though I am really going to trust your judgement on this on what looks better.
