Oh yes, this is great. Well balanced, and I like the comparison between the bird and the peoples feet (also the way they disappear into the shadows)

Astounding.The shadows of the menstanding seem like they are floating. Fantastic octavus!! I've always wanted to visit Czechoslovakia. I also love how you incorporated the rule of thirds, giving focus and attracting the eye to both the bird and the legs. Great work!
