Bio (brief version): Larkein and Sitka man the Aria Regional Park, a wildlife reserve on the northern portion of Western Rendali. They're rangers, and as rangers they take their job mighty seriously. This sassy little woman speaks her mind, be it to her mate or Rondun Lanthani himself. With a candid attitude and a distaste for city folk, her mouth has gotten her into a few rough situations in the past, and even gotten Sitka into a bit of trouble with his superiors (no surprise there).

With her element as a bit of a hazard, she's taken to getting her traditional healing methods down to a "T" out in the field, though she's nowhere near as skilled as Dagda.

Not one for politics, she tends to immerse herself in her job at the reserve, allowing Sitka to deal with all the bigwigs in Teito as often as possible. But when she has to be, she's out and about with her man in tow, almost guaranteed to be leaving a ranting hell in her wake.

"You'd be surprised how nessessary it is to have a fire or light Shinlai with you in the wood. You ever get caught out in the brush, fire can be the difference between life and death, and a good fire starter can be a necessity. That's why you're stuck with me."

Saph reminded me that I hadn’t drawn this lady in a long time and wanted to know if I had changed her look any.

WELL

Can I just say I didn’t like Larkein’s old look period? xD this gave me an excuse to play around with ideas and I am happy now.

AND I FIGURED OUT A WAY TO LIFT HER TAIL UP! She won’t be dragging it behind her through the woods anymore. Though I’m sure she has to summon forest animals to help braid it or some shit

but it fits her quirky style perfectly. YISS
