This is another character in the mutant rp.This is Larco. She's a weather manipulator (in case you couldn't tell).
She also works for Morion.
Yeah, she's a bad one. xD;
I had fun with the bg, making the lightning and then putting the light on her, twas fun actually.

I just have a question about that type of shirt, I've seen you draw it at least one other time...and it confuses me. I may just be out of the fashion loop, but looking at it, to me, it looks like she's wearing a one-piece bathing suit or some type of leotard with jeans over it and knee-high boots over the jeans. Her top is what is confusing me...I'm probaby just stupid, so feel free to tell me if I am. x.o'

Yes, it's called a body suit- it fits like a leotard, but it buttons/snaps (depending on the maker) between the legs (for bathroom purposes obviously). It's an old style from the 80's.

looks so lovely! Reminds me of 'Storm' from X-men. But i must point out, the wing feathers look as if you didn't finish them. Idk if that is the design, but some of it is lineart and some of it isn't.

I love the dramatic angle you've used, combining the rain and her pose to give some movement.
That background looks real good fun to do. Have you thought about making it darker, and letting the highlights pop out more? With a girl with this kinda power you could play with all sorts of lighting effects from storms!
