She is The Protector of Graves (marked with crosses), and one of the Ghedes(Death Loa).
Despite her regal appearance she can be just as vulgar and obscene as her flamboyant husband, Baron Samedi. They have an open marriage, due to them also being sex gods, and one of the ways they'll take payments for doing any favors for mortals(Which also goes for the most of the Ghedes). They rather spend most of their time together, they are married afterall!
Maman Brigitte can be very blunt and doesn't like to have her time wasted. She does enjoy a good party and spicy food much like her husband.

I actually designed her since I first drew Samedi at like what 4 years ago?? Didn't even think I'll be able to finish this since she came out more detailed than I liked and coloring her was the hardest part! From the beginning I always wanted to her colors to be pink and purple, to kinda match with Samedi's purple and orange. So together they represent dawn and dusk.
Another interesting couple that I can't wait to draw more of! And yet I know these two are going to be such a pain haha!
