Song: [link]The jury is still out on whether or not I like the text on it. I saved a version without just in case, but the top looked so EMPTY I think it almost has to have it.
This started out as something totally different-- an attempt to get a Neji only picture in my gallery. And it FAILED after a while, and I decided I would try and turn it into a submission for 's music festival. Not sure if this counts, actually, but I'm going to say it is anyway.
Tons of odd stuff going on in the coloring of this thing, but ultimately I'm quite happy about it.

O_O How did I miss this?! This is really beautiful work! I love the coloring and the green just really makes everything pop. Especially on his face and it just illuminates the background so well. I feel like there's a lot of symbolism here. Like Neji being trapped by so many other ties, and he's trying to become more than he was when he was younger in order to become what Tenten needs, but moving forward is the hardest part. He's going to have to cut some of those ties in order to move forward. I also love his hands. They're just so...I don't know. They're really well done. Only critique might be the light around his stomach. It kinda makes it look a bit more round in the middle than muscled but it's still an amazing, amazing picture. I love it!

Ahh that's okay. ^^ Somitmes the things that we want to do just make it look really strange in the end. ^^ I love it! The symbolism is great and it comes through really well. I also forgot to mention how I like that the green on his face almost looks like the glowing of his seal trying to break out from behind the wraps.
