definitely juvenile Black Kite. Wing patterns and dark eye mask visible in the other picture are diagnostic plumage features.

Very difficult to identifly this bird - it's not a falcon and i doubt it's not an eagle as they have different beak/head shapes. methinks it's a hawk but without colour I can't say much more.

nah... its more yellow around the eye are I think , that was what striked me tho .. but it might be just this one , that had really much yellow around it ^^,

I'm unsure, the angles/colours aren't so good for identifying + i think it's a juvenlie, which confuses things more. My best guess is a juvenile black kite so I can't help much more

Might be, well from other photos I can tell that he has red spotted fur on his feets, and his tail is striped.
So I was thinking, it might be a New Zealand falcon?! , it kind of looks like it ?

I work with birds of prey a I can tell you that it is certainly not any kind of falcon - falcon have thinwings that come to a point and their beaks have a notch in them. It's isn't an eagle either for other facial reasons.
It is an unusual species, uncommon in falconry. A Kite or Caracara are my best guesses or possibly some unusual type of hawk.
