This is Balalaika from Black Lagoon. I was watching it earlier and when this came on the screen I HAD to screen shot it!The first thing that came to my mind is "What if she was pointing the gun at me?" and I thought to myself, "I'd wish I'd gotten health insurance, that bitch is CRAZY!"

She's apparently based on a real mobster with a history from the Afghan war, burns and all.
