Ohhhh wow.
You're incredibly lucky.
I'm only thirteen.
I've missed much of their career, been into them for two years.
It becomes an obsession, a lifestyle, almost.

should i feel as if i am a slimy breathed sea monster lurking in the depths, waiting for girls to fall?
i like how the sea seems to go on forever, and the waviness of the girl's form.

thanks .. the sea was the hard part. it was made in Bryce, again and again, until it looked like it wasn't made in Bryce. the waviness was easy, as that's just a PS filter called 'Ripple', tweaked to suit.
i may have explained, but when i was really young i was alone on the jetty down near Rosebud, and got menaced by a huge, snarling, tooth-baring dog, and i had to make a decision, death by dog, or, if i jumped into the water, death by drowning. i chose drowning. i came very close to jumping .. the dog's owner suddenly appeared, but only after i'd begun to imagine was drowning was going to feel like.

one time (on band camp) i came face-to-face with a security guard, in one hand he held a leash holding back this snarling dog, and in the other a gun pointing at me. i was more afraid of the dog.

yes. guns don't seem real, somehow. like i don't connect a shiny black thing with death.

beautiful! nice composition and excellent work with the water. i think the figure may be a shade too bright? it keeps me from believing that she's really underwater. other than that, flawless.

you're right.
the problem is that light can only come from the top, but the viewer is looking from underneath.
