This is really creepy,
I loved how you did the tree reaching out like a hand. And the mouth of the center head in the shape of a person silhouette was really clever, it makes the "Delirium" aspect quite intense
I think you could have used more vivid colors to accent the surreal feel, however this is not necessary. This drawing convey the delirium aspect quite well
