I hope you don't mind a bit of nitpicking, but that's just how my comments are:

- the chins on both characters are pointy to an extreme degree
- the arms of the demon just dont seem to really be there, which might be related to
- the odd positioning of the hands (could they also be a bit small?)

In the pros column I have to say that I'm impressed that you thought of highlighting the demon's hair rather than leaving it straight black-- that really helps it out.
