A proper drawing of Theron, Melody's lover and protector. I wanted to go for a "bonfire in late autumn" vibe.

Theron used to serve as a royal bodyguard before he and the vixen struck out on a solitary life together in the woods. He devotes himself to keeping his love safe and warm during the long winter months -- usually by collecting firewood (hence the ax here) or by taking his title of "bodyguard" quite literally (www.deviantart.com/ohlordyword… )! I'll go into more detail on the upcoming ref page.

Surprisingly, this is my first digital art that did not start life as a pencil-on-paper drawing. Progress! -w-
