If you watched the Episode One Bad Apple, you got a full veiw of where Scootaloo sleeps. The CMC were in a bedroom that wasn't in Carasoul Boutique, nor was it in Sweet Apple Acres, so that leaves the bedroom being Scootaloo's. I could be wrong of course, but I doubt somepony would randomly let the CMC into their bedroom so...
