This is going to sound weird, but I once made a plot for a crossover series that combined Star Wars, Starcraft, Halo, MLP, Dragon Ball Z, and Sonic. This was part of a $50 bet that i made with a fan-girl friend of mine. The plot is too long to explain (unless your really interested) but it involved Derpy being the Admiral of a new faction I invented called F.E.a.R. She actually out ranked Piccolo and Tassadar. But not Jim Rayner.

That was the joke. Everyone would constantly question the main characters decision to make her Admiral, (the main characters name was Raze Hell, btw) and her constant antics would make people question his own sanity. Then when bad things start happening her insane and unconventional tactics would save the day.
