“Are you sure this is a good idea?” asked Kasper as they entered the dark building.
“Of course it is!” Sarah responded. “Think about it. Every body pillow at a comic con is based on some nerd IP, but has anyone ever just tried putting a normal girl on one?”
“I dunno, I don’t go to comic cons. I guess that makes sense though.”
“Good, now get undressed and hop on the machine.” Kasper took off her shirt and skirt and hopped on the platform. “Just lay on your back and make a sexy pose.” Sarah instructed. Kasper laid down, realizing she was laying on a pillow case as Sarh got closer and put her hand on the lid.
“So what kind of machine is this? Like a body scanner?” Kasper asked as she assumed a pose of taking off her bra and puckering her lips.
“No. Actually… It’s a steam press!” Just then Sarah slammed the lid down on Kasper and the steam activated with a loud TSSSSSSSS! After a moment Sarah lifted the lid to see how her work turned out. There laid Kasper flattened out with a half inch of thickness, hardly having time to react so her face was stuck in the pucker she made. Only her eyes were able to move.
“Mmmmph?” moaned Kasper.
“Wow you actually fell for it hahah!” boasted Sarah “You see Kasper, I know you started talking to Joan behind my back. I saw her first! I just need a little more time before I make my move, and I can’t have you interfering.” As Sarah explained herself, Kasper’s eyes darted all around searching for a way out of this. “I figure spending some time as someone’s body pillow will keep you preoccupied long enough. I know you’re a scrappy girl and can reform pretty quickly, so I just need to steam you long enough that you start to melt into the fibers of the pillow case. See you in a HOT minute, tee hee!”
“Mmmmph! MMmmmrrrrnph!!” Kasper protested as the steam press was shut again.
TSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!
After some time Sarah lifted the lid again “You done in there?” she asked, but no response came back. Kasper couldn’t move her eyes. She couldn’t even make a noise, and her body was completely thinned out so there was no difference between her and the fabric behind her. She appeared as nothing more than a print on a pillow, and although she was still sentient she had no way to make it known. “Good girl.” retorted Sarah as she lifted the pillow case from the press and folded it, inserting it into her duffel bag. “Hope you’re ready for tomorrow,” she said as she left the laundromat.
The next day Sarah had set up her body pillow booth at the local con. Throughout the day people came by and made purchases. A Jill Valentine here, a Shammy there, but Sarah was not making the sale she was hoping for. Maybe her idea wasn’t as genius as she thought. Just then a customer came over holding the Kasper pillow. “Excuse me, who is this supposed to be?”
“Oh that’s not based on anything. It’s just my friend who volunteered to pose for a pillow.” replied Sarah.
“That’s different.”
“Yeah it’s just something I thought I’d try out.”
“... You know what, I’ll take it.” The customer said as he took out his money.
“Thank you so much. I’ll let her know the experiment was a success! I hope she has lots of fun with you!”
