Do you usually sand down PVC, or go straight to priming. Β I find PVC has a bit of a texture to it, so I didn't know if I need to sand more, or just add more paint lol

i use 1mm too, for detailings

But could you use 2mm for the main pieces and still use 1mm for the detailings?

you dont, pvc have better finish. you separate foam piece and pvc pieces. only use foam in area you need to flex

This is so neat!!! now I am excited to work on my armor (which everyone thinks I'm crazy to try... Haseo, xth form, dot hack GU) My friend and I were going to buy some sintra and split it (about the same stuff) but your use of apoxie sculp is truly inspiring (to me at least) THANK YOU!!!!!
Is getting thinner sheets and layering them better or is getting thicker sheets and carving out/ imprinting (if needed) with leather working tools better? We can't decide which width to get.
