May I ask, how did you first start drawing these? I mean like I can draw but not so realistic, and I don't know to get the detail so good, and as for practice I don't know what I could do to start practicing(like what area to focus on, I mean shape, outline, detail...).

I heard that question a couple times already but I still don't know how to answer.
i've been drawing ever since I can remember and when I was around 14 I started to focus on realistic animals because i loved them so much.
I drew them for family and friends and they encouraged me to draw even more. when I discovered DA and other artist's sites i realized I wasn't even close to them and being the ambitious person that I am I found myself drawing every single day.
I mostly draw from photos so I tell people who ask to start there as well. you can start wherever you want (eyes, nose, background - I vary that too) and just move along. for the details I use mechanical pencils because they never become blunt and it realy helps with the fur. but most importantly is to draw what you enjoy and not to force yourself and also to discover your own style. it's completely ok to ask for help and advice but do things your way and you'll learn more quickly than anyone ever will be able to teach you.

Yup! I've already put it to practice, actually. Yesterday I spent about an hour or so drawing.
