Needless to say, nobody likes S.C.Ruffey.Thomas model by one of the sites towards the bottom of my list on my front page. I forget which one. There's been so many Thomas Trainz sites over the years and especially in the years preceding and following the fall of SI3D that it's hard to remember all the names.

Ah yes, thank you. Despite having just the one model, it's probably the best Thomas model I've ever come across over the years; the quality's simply astounding. Much as I love all my other Thomas models, I've been tending to use this one more often now because of how accurate it is to the Season 1 look.

I heard the Toby is going to be TS19 only? Not sure if that's true or not, but heard talk about PBR textures.

Not sure but Edward who is a WIP has PBR textures.
They probably should still work in TANE since i was told by Tomix that some TS19 engines will get TANE versions?

Haven't heard that, but that would be lovely. I can't afford to either upgrade to a new laptop nor purchase TS19, so having non-PBR versions of the new models would be splendid.

I've been told TS19 is demanding on older computers, and that its online only.

All the more reason not to upgrade then. Online only is complete crap, as evidenced by games like Sim City 4. It wasn't even the devs' fault- it was the publishers. I think it was bloody EA that was the problem. Unsurprisingly.

Online only for rewards by playing the game has also hurt Mortal Kombat 11.

I've never been big on those, but I've never really cared enough either. Lot of my fave games have microtransactions now. CTR is getting them, which I don't mind. Hey, if some people want to pay extra money for things in game, let them. It's an option after all and you don't have to use it. I've only really ever used it in TF2.

The problem with CTR is that, because of the rubbish match making and that cheating is rife in the online mode, people demanded better ways to earn coins to unlock stuff.
The fandom is entirely split on the choice.

I actually like earning coins. Granted it can be tedious, but I also found it kinda of a fun little reward system. It may not be the best but I'm happy with the game.
