I like the subtle reflection deformed by the water stream ... we can see them very well.

Not exactly a distraction, in fact I appreciate the blur as an image in Impressionist sense (always looking at the backgrounds). But in this case when I enlarge the image, I can see the sharp focus ahead... which is quite nice.

Thank you for the further feedback, Mayumi. Yes, background out-of-focus is easy to achieve with prime and zoom lenses, but sides being out-of-focus with the centre in focus can only be done with TS lenses. (Similarly top-bottom and diagonal focus.) I think I'll try some shots where I do not have so much blurring and see how they look.
